The main purpose of this study was to indicate does connection between urine leukocytes and use of contact lens. People participate in this study were student of BZU, Multan, Pakistan with age of 18-22. Research indicates that few people show positive results. 80 students participate in this and few of them show positive results. Usually low concentration causes UTI infection especially in pregnant women. It concluded from this study that very few people show positive results especially females and they were using contact lenses. Males were not using contact lenses.
Contact lens; Urine leukocytes
White blood cells or leukocytes are involved in immune system and they play vital role to combat with disease. Normal amount of leukocytes in blood is 4500 to 11,000 this range is lower in urine. High amount of WBC in urine indicate the swelling in urinary tract. Kidney disease sometimes caused due to greater amount of WBC. This infection sometimes caused due to bacteria in UT. High amount of WBC in urine is not good for pregnant women, because it cause urinary tract infection and can complicate the pregnancy. Tumor in kidneys and pelvis causes more production of leukocytes in urine. Kidney stones are the major issue caused due to higher amount of WBC. There are different test which used to diagnose stones. If leukocytes amount increases due to bacterial growth and cause UTI then it will cured with antibiotics. Drink large amount of water help to remove stones and decrease growth of bacteria which causes infection in urinary tract [1].
Contact lenses have different value for transmission of oxygen which depends on their material permeability. Old types of contact lenses have low value of oxygen transmission rather than new introduced contact lenses. Rigid hydro gel contact lenses have low oxygen transmission while silicone hydro gel contact lenses have high level of oxygen permeability which is excellent for eye cornea. The value which shows permeability of oxygen is known as (Dk) value. Dk value is always <12. This value play very important role in the formation and use of contact lenses because low level of contact lenses can cause corneal edema and it could be very harmful for eyes. So, it needs very care than how to design contact lenses and which type of material, should be used for contact lenses preparations [2].The main purpose of this study was to evaluated does connection between urine leukocytes and use of contact lens.

Measurement of urine leukocytes
Leukocytes in urine were determines by leukocytes test. Low amount of leukocytes in urine causes swelling in urinary tract. It gives cloudy color to urine. Leukocytes in pregnant female urinary tract cause complication in delivery.
Connection between urine leukocytes and use of contact lenses were given in table 1. 80 students took part in recent study only some female show positive results. People with negative results were using contact lenses more than people show positive results. 5 female show positive report were using contact lenses and 5 does not used with positive report.

Table 1: Does connection between urine leukocytes and use of contact lens?
Questionnaire based studies have been given important outcome in current researches [3-10]. This survey indicate brilliant result related to people show leukocytes in urine.
It concluded from this study that very few people show positive results especially females and they were using contact lenses. Males were not using contact lenses.
