Dairy Products

Dairy products are generally defined as food products that are produced from milk. They are primarily produced from mammals such as cattle, water buffaloes, goats, sheep, camels and humans. Dairy products include food items such as yogurt, cheese and butter. Milk of various types, yoghurt, cheese and ice cream are dairy products.
