Legal Science

Legal science is the systematic study of law, legal systems, and legal institutions. It involves the theoretical and analytical understanding of law and its application in society.

Forensic jurisprudence refers to the application of legal principles to forensic science and vice versa. It deals with the intersection of law and scientific methods used to investigate crimes and resolve legal disputes. Key Aspects in Forensic jurisprudence are Evidence Law, Expert Testimony, Criminalistics, Ethical and Legal Boundaries.

Legal science provides the theoretical framework, while forensic jurisprudence applies that framework to scientific contexts. Together, they ensure that science and law co-evolve ethically and effectively, particularly in the courtroom.

We welcome research that addresses evidentiary standards, the admissibility of forensic evidence, legal implications of forensic science, and forensic expert testimony. Topics such as criminal law reform, legal ethics in forensic investigations, and the integration of forensic findings in courtrooms are of particular interest.
