Personalized and combination therapies have emerged as key approaches to overcoming resistance and improving efficacy. While curative treatment remains the aim for many early-stage cancers, for advanced disease, treatment often focuses on prolonging survival and improving quality of life.

Technological innovations such as robotic-assisted surgery, image-guided radiotherapy, and nanoparticle-based drug delivery have enhanced precision and reduced side effects. Treatment protocols increasingly incorporate predictive biomarkers and real-time monitoring to optimize outcomes. Multidisciplinary care teams play a vital role in treatment planning, patient support, and long-term follow-up.
